File Import Failed! Primary index column v_products_id or c_categories_index_path missing from uploads file.

I am quite familiar with how this Easypopulate is supposed to work, but I am now encountering a wierd problem that I just can't figure out why it kept giving me the error message like this after I had loaded so many products already. Is there any particular reason why? I have browsed through this entire forum, but just didn't see any soltuion for it. Please help!
