With the Payment Type Discount/Fee Module I have the following conditions:
Discounts apply for:dirbank, moneyorder, cod.
The discount is 3%.
Under "Payment Modules" dirbank, moneyorder, cod all apply to Payment Zone = Australia.
Under "Payment Modules" Paypal is also an accepted payment type with Payment Zone = --none--
Issue: If the values are entered, separated by a comma and a space eg "dirbank, moneyorder, cod" the module works perfectly.

If the values are entered separated by a comma with no space eg "dirbank,moneyorder,cod"

Then the discount is applied to any zone where the payment is only PayPal , that is " dirbank,moneyorder,cod" is not checked and a discount is applied to any payment.

Discount is displayed in check out process and can be toggled by change the text settings for the payment type and refreshing the checkout page.
